Fantastic day at our Martial Arts Training Gala hosted alongside Master Blair and Mr Lupton in Armadale today (4 December).
Was great to see so many students across all the clubs coming together for a day of training. Busy day covering sparring, special technique, flexibility, padwork drills, first aid and more.
Thanks to everyone who attended / supported the event. Great effort from everyone and looking forward to planning our 2022 training days!
